अदालतमा आत्मसमर्पण गरेका बलात्कार आराेपी 'सिद्धबाबा' जेल चलान
<p>काठमाडौं। एक अनुयायीलाई बलात्कार गरेको अभियोगमा थुनामा राख्‍ने आदेशसँगै फरार रहेका ‘सिद्धबाबा’ भनिने कृष्णबहादुर गिरीले सुनसरी जिल्ला अदालतमा आत्मसमर्पण गरेसँगै उनलाई जेल चलान गरिएकाे छ। </p>
<p>केहीबेरअघि आत्मसमर्पण गर्न अदालत पुगेका गिरीलाई त्यसपछि थुनुवा पुर्जी दिएर झुम्का कारागार पठाइएकाे जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सुनसरीका प्रमुख एसपी यज्ञविनाेद पाेखरेलले<em>देखापढी</em>लाई बताए।</p>
<p>"अदालतबाट पुर्पक्षमा राख्न आदेश आएकाले गिरीलाई आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरा गरेर थुनामा पठाइएकाे छ", उनले भने।</p>
<p>उच्च अदालत विराटनगरका मुख्य न्यायाधीश तीलप्रसाद श्रेष्ठ र प्रेमराज कार्कीको संयुक्त इजलासले सुनसरी अदालतको आदेश बदर गर्दै ९ माघमा गिरीलाई पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा राख्न आदेश दिएको थियो।</p>
<p>आफ्नै अनुयायीलाई बलात्कार गरेको अभियोग लागेका गिरी सुनसरी जिल्ला अदालतबाट धरौटीमा छुटेका थिए।</p>
<p>उच्च अदालतको आदेश आउनु केही बेरअघि मात्र उनी भारततर्फ भागेका थिए।</p>
